JENGbA Campaigners outside the Supreme Court.

Joint Enterprise: Not Guilty by Association (JENGbA) is a grass roots campaign launched in 2010 by families wanting to highlight the abuse of the Joint Enterprise doctrine. We are currently supporting over 600 prisoners, men women and children, the youngest of which is 13 years of age. Almost 80% of JENGbA prisoners are from BME communities.

Joint enterprise is not about gangs, broken Britain and not about feral youth. It is a tool used by the police and CPS to imprison people to mandatory life sentences for crimes committed by others. JENGbA: common people, working towards a common cause, against a common law, that makes no common sense.

People may be charged when they have been in the vicinity of a crime or have some connection to the perpetrator, even via a text message or phone call.

You might not even have been at the scene.

JENGbA will campaign on behalf of, and with those wrongfully convicted. If you've been affected by this issue, please contact us with your loved ones prison address and number and we will send a support pack notifiying them of the campaign.

JENGbA is a not-for-profit campaign run by volunteers and supporters. We need funds to keep our campaign on track, specially for printing and sending regular newsletters to prisoners who have contacted us. Please organise a fundraising / awareness event in your area or simply give what you can afford ; - even postage stamps are a help!; Please make Cheques or Postal Orders payable to JENGbA. Thank you.

You can also donate online Via Paypal or alternatively if you would like to set up a standing order for regular donations please CLICK HERE
